Today, I want to take a time out and sincerely congratulate YOU on coming this far.
Even though these exercises are easy and quick – 60 seconds is all it takes and just *reading* through the exercises gets the old cogs of the mind moving, there are STILL people for whom this is “too much hard work”.
Can you believe it?!
I want to see ONE SINGLE MILLIONAIRE who made their money from their own endeavor, from the ground up, without a rich uncle or a lottery win, who got there without putting in some jolly good old fashioned hard work!
But the thing is, it isn’t really work when you’re doing something that excites you, something that is worthwhile to you, that is your own – it is generally a privilege and you very rarely hear the real movers and shakers complain that they’re spending too much time at the office.
But that is as it is – you are here, and I congratulate you, because it shows your WILL TO WEALTH, and really, there isn’t anything else a person needs.
If they have the will to wealth, they WILL get better at what they’re doing, and they will succeed.
Doing this programme is a small but daily proof that you are willing to keep your focus and make it happen – FOR YOU, and for those you love; for the mission that fires YOU up, and the things that are precious to you.
So a BIG congratulations to you and today, let’s spend the time we have here simply thinking back over the past exercises so far and taking stock how this has helped, and what has already been especially useful TO YOU.

Make An AND String!
A lot of people have a lot of conflicts because there are a lot of “ORs” in their lives. Either I can be successful, OR I can find love. I’m sure you have your own ORs that cause hassle – for no good reason, at that!
Today’s exercise is to make a string of ANDs – just keep on going by adding AND to what you’ve said until the 60 seconds is up.
I’ll get us started:
I’m going to be RICH … AND … healthy … AND … I’m having fun doing what it takes … AND … it’s going to pay off big time … AND … it’s going to be easy … AND …
Don’t stop, keep on going for the FULL 60 seconds – AND … enjoy!

Understanding Money
This is a spell. Read it out ALOUD, three times is the charm.
A powerful force in the world of man I open myself to learn all that I can I now lay aside all I thought that I knew and I learn all there is bright and true, fresh and new I don’t judge any longer free myself of the old and I call on the force and the power of gold tell and teach me and reach me so that I might use this power for all that is good, that is right
By the future and past by the sun and the rain by the stars and the sunrise that will come yet again, let my knowledge and wisdom of money now grow this is my will, so now make it so.

Paul Getty Strikes It Rich
“My formula for success is rise early, work late, and strike oil.”
~Paul Getty
This is really funny but actually, it’s also true.
Paul Getty makes the observation here that “working hard all day” alone isn’t going to do the trick – to get THAT wealthy, you have to “strike oil” once in a while.
That’s luck, fortune, finding something precious that other people need and want.
Conversely though, it also works the other way around.
If he just struck oil but DIDN’T work hard to maximize on what he’d found, would he have been that wealthy?
Well we know the answer to that – of course not. A fool and their money are soon parted, as they say, and most likely, you end up without wealth OR the deeds to the oil filled plot of land if you don’t do your homework.
Here’s our 60 second reflection exercise.
- What is YOUR OIL?
- How do you prospect for it, and how single minded are you in pursuing the finding of this?
- Have you found it already and you’re just in the stages of “rising early and working late”?

Changing The World
As you will have more and more money and power at your disposal as time goes by, I think now is a good time to sit back and for the next 60 seconds, to contemplate just HOW you are going to use this to change the World for the better.
- What are you going to do?
- Whom are you going to help specifically?
- And how are you going to do that?

Reflections Of Your Mind
“The state of your life is nothing more than a reflection of your state of mind.”
~Dr. Wayne W. Dyer
Well, if that is so, then let’s do something with that state of mind, right now.
- If your mind was a landscape, what would it be?
- What “state” would it be in?
Answering these questions out aloud into the room will help describe it in a little more detail.
Now, CHANGE THE LANDSCAPE to make it more to your liking.
If it’s a desert, bring in rain; if it’s a rainy swamp, bring in the sun to dry it up. If it’s a total mess, clear it all out with a nice flood wave and let the waters recede to reveal a whole new landscape, bright and perfect to unfold for you.
Hold that landscape steady whilst you take three deep breaths – and there we are!

The Gift For A Deserving Friend
Today, we are going to employ the “magic rule of three”, or the law of return.
This states that whatever ENERGY you send out into the World, it will return to you threefold.
So what I’d like you to do right now is to think of someone you know who deserves far more wealth and power and other good things in life than they currently have.
Think of this person for sixty seconds, and give them a gift, or more than one gift, that will help them realize their potential.
The last gift to send would be your blessings, and your love.
This is a very neat exercise, so do it NOW!

Your Object Of Desire
Pick something that you deeply desire.
Stay away from the usual “off the shelf” stuff and pick something personal that represents great wealth (in its widest sense) to you.
One person picked a great big refrigerator full with fresh fruit and luxury goods, another a big antique library case with precious, rare books; for me it has always been a silver Mercedes – whatever TURNS YOU ON.
Spend 60 seconds allowing yourself fully to think on this, to WANT IT ABSOLUTELY and don’t worry about “how” you’re going to get this – that’s not your problem for the next minute, all YOU have to do is to know it, and to WANT IT with all your heart.
