It’s A Wrap

Our Radical Self Care Project is now complete, and it’s time to wrap things up. As always, I like to get feedback on how the project worked in real life. So, with that in mind, here are some questions:

  • Did you participate every day, or was it more of a hit and miss?
  • What was your overall result? (good? bad? indifferent?)
  • Was this particular project worthwhile? Or was it a waste of time?
  • Did you have any insights or revelations? If so, what?
  • Have you changed your ideas and opinions about yourself and/or your life as a result of this project? If so, how?
  • What was your favorite exercise or idea?
  • What was your least favorite?
  • Will you continue to work on Self Care?
  • Would you recommend Radical Self Care to others?
  • Is there anything else that you would like to share?

  • Ok so… I did participate every day! And had excellent results! The Best Boss Ever and the idea of calling a meeting to discuss strategies was super helpful to me. The stuff about dads was very illuminating. Loved The Art of War, and am using some of the principles to get stuff done… so much good stuff! Yes I would definitely recommend !! I think my least favorite part was… now it’s over? And yes I will definitely continue to nurture myself … as if I was a puppy because that was spot on!

  • pretty sure I read the post every day. I may not have commented every day but I read them.
My overall result was very good. I am not at 100% self care but I am much closer to that than I was at the beginning. Also and I think more importantly I understand much better what self care is in general and especially what it means to me and for me.
Totally worth the time. Some days I felt more resistance to the projects but was totally worth it to push through.
So for me the insight was that for me the foundation for self care is my enviroment it is my foundation for good self care. I cant focus on physical self care if my ‘space’ is wonky
I have planted the seeds of valuing myself more. They are still wobbly seedings but they are still alive and growing.
Not sure I have a favorite. None are jumping out
    No least favorite either
I will definitely continue to work on self care. I realize how important and magical it is.
    I would recommend it.
I think one of the most valuable tools I learnt was the power of the word NO. I have started using it more and it is amazing how magical and powerful the little word is
