Did you get focused?
Today is the last day of our “What You Focus On Grows” project, and I’m wondering how it worked for you.
- What, if anything, was the most helpful?
- Least helpful?
- Did you focus on any one thing in particular?
- And if so, did it grow?
- Did you learn anything new?
- Remember anything you had forgotten?
- Discover anything interesting?

This was very helpful for those times at work when I just didn’t want to be there. I was able to remember to focus on something other than my resistance and I noticed a real difference in my energy levels. Instead of being exhausted after work, a lot of days I was energized and happy to be going home.
My main focus was this website – no surprise there – and during the course of the project I managed to get it migrated to an updated server, and it’s now a secure site, which was a huge ordeal, but something that really needed to be done.
I loved the exercise about going outside… very helpful, and the gif that you breathe along with.
Least helpful was the really long article about finding beauty in every freaking moment… mostly it was just too long. I wish I would have divided it up into smaller pieces, but I was in the midst of the migration drama, and so … well… that didn’t happen.
For the most part, I think it worked pretty well for me.
I think it helped but I cant put my fi ger on it or clearly explain how. Honestly I had so much going on this past month no one post stands out in my mind but I think that because I was focusing in a positive way on my life, finances, health that events/opportunities presented themselves so that today I am feeling more peace filled, energized, and centered than I was before beginning of project. Thanks Shirley for all your hard work and dedication.
