Derailed?
Am I the only one having trouble getting their goals accomplished?
Yesterday, I found myself wishing that I could do a system reset, and go back in time and have a goal of 20 minutes a day on the treadmill … or I dunno… getting a bunch of work done on my website … or … something else… anything else!
So, if I’m not alone in my struggle… here’s what I have to say to us.
- What you resist persists.
- Sometimes the only way out is through.
- Just do it!

I think it's time to go shopping... maybe even buy some really cool stuff at my online shops!!
So here it is. Smaller goals like getting outlet covers on the outlets seem do able. I can see how to budget time and money towards getting it done. But the larger things, like having my life look/feel like how I want it to. I dont have a clue of how to get from here to there. It feels like it would take a miracle, a cosmic event on the scale of the ‘big bang’ to happen. Which seems impossible or at the least unlikely. So then I am discouraged, with out hope and feeling like there is no point.
And are you actually DOING the small er goals? Because if you are, then I feel you with the discouragement… but if you AREN’T then I wonder if maybe the simple act of doing these little simple doable things might somehow get you started on the larger things… just a thought. and clearly I don’t have the answers… I don’t even have a working bathtub!
