I the Universe dream awake infinite wholeness and healing in every cell of my body, mind, heart and soul.
I the Universe dream awake the Ascension of my soul, my cells, my human form and mother earth.
I the Universe dream awake Cosmic Consciousness of my human mind and express infinite creativity through my human soul.

I am cellular co-creator of all that is created.

I my Human Soul, am a Cell in the Body of the Universe, holding the entire celestial blueprint of the “Universe At Large”.

I Am the Microcosmic container of the Macrocosmic All That Is!

The Universe is a Cell in the Body of my Soul!

I contain a cell for every man, woman and child, for every angel and ascended master, for every ocean, mountain and stream, for every mineral, plant and animal, for every elemental, star and galaxy.
I am the Master Cell, microcosmic container of God/Goddess Absolute!
My Greatest Love is the bond we share!

Violet Flame Healing
From, Violet Flame Miracles, we have this testimonial on the healing effects of the Violet Flame.
I use the violet flame to purify all viruses and bacteria out of my body daily. If I truly blaze the light through with powerful visualization, I never get sick. I also have had great success using the violet flame to heal me of painful situations like heartache. It never fails to pull me out of it. It may take a week but after great devotion to the violet flame I have transmuted some deep pain and my heart is free again. I will say that it does take a bit of time to really create a momentum with the violet fire. One must use it consistently, with fervor and strong visualization practice until you really are saturated in it and you know it.

Remove Hazardous Elements from Health Area
General Health area:
Wood will uproot the earth in this area, so get rid of anything symbolizing wood here. This means green items too! Small plants are the exception and can stay.
Tall rectangular objects and columnar objects don’t belong here.
Spiral staircases are a doozy – the chi keeps falling through, and with the spiraling pattern the chi gets dizzy and disoriented. You can counteract this effect by painting the underside of the stairs with the color of the area you are in, or place mirrors under the stairs to reflect the chi back up.

5 extra minutes
Still working in the General Health area of our homes:
This area is the epitome of balance of the yin and yang energies. If your physical body is in balance, you can “give it your all” and achieve everything you set out to do. This area reaches out and touches all the other eight guas of the home.
Declutter activity for today:
Take a minute to look around the areas of your house. Which area still needs a little extra work? Set your timer for five minutes and get to work decluttering and balancing that area. You know what needs to be done!
After five minutes, stop! That’s it for today!

Symbols and Anchors for your Center
Feng Shui activity for today:
Add a symbol to the Health area.
Earth is the element for the center. Add a healthy plant to this area. Include things made of earth here – china, ceramics, clay tiles or pots, bricks, natural stone flooring.
A bowl of fresh fruit symbolizes good luck, prosperity, hospitality and health.
Laughter is the best medicine. Place anything you find funny here – blooper videos, pictures of yourself and friends in fun moments, gag gifts. If it brings a smile to your face, it belongs here, so you can place a child’s hand-drawn picture or an old love letter here.
The shape for this area is square, and horizontal or flat items also belong here. Triangular or pyramid-shaped objects work here.
Symbols of earth, such as a globe, pictures of mountains, crystals belong here. They ground you and put you in touch with Mother Earth.
Fire works here, so if your fireplace is in this area, that’s great. Candles will also work. Stars and sun symbols should be here – sunflowers, sundials, pictures of sunrise or sunset, starfish, the Star of David, the Stars and Stripes.
Any religious object you connect with works here.

Bringing balance to the center of our homes will bring:
- More optimal health
- A sense of balance in life
- Betterment in all life situations
While this may sound really short, and not very important, consider this: If you are not feeling healthy and well, you will not be able to enjoy your prosperity. If you do not have a sense of balance in life, you will find yourself constantly struggling to keep up with this and let go of that. If you seek betterment in all of your life situations, the prosperity and well being you achieve will be well grounded, well founded, and of a much more permanent nature.

Harmonize and Healing with Color
Feng Shui activity for today:
Add a color to the Health area.
Yellow, gold, and other earth tones will enhance this area. Yellow bananas in a fruit bowl, the green plant with brown potting soil, yellow flowers will work here.
Red will energize this area. Red candles, placemats, table runners, a red-tassled lampshade, a red throw on the couch, a big bowl of red Christmas ornaments will bring energy to this area.

A Healing Crystal
A quartz crystal emits a frequency of energy, a vibration. Romanies are known for using crystal balls for clairvoyance, but they also use quartz rock crystal for healing.
If you have a piece of quartz, first wash it in warm soapy water and rinse it with running water. Then hold the crystal in both hands. Close your eyes and imagine being bathed in white light. Visualize the area of your illness and point the crystal to that site. Imagine a stream of light flowing from the crystal and bathing the area in its pure rays.
Place your crystal under your pillow while you sleep.
You can also wrap your crystal with wire and wear it on a ribbon or chain and keep it close to your heart.

If you are interested in learning how to wire wrap crystals, instructions can be found at Witch Way, unfortunately they don’t have any pictures posted. A really cool tutorial with pictures can be found at Tower Crystals. Their tools and supplies look a little intimidating, but looking at their pictures and then reading the Witch Way tutorial might give you enough information to get the job done. Or, you can purchase a kit complete with a quartz crystal at Arkansas Crystal Works. And I also found an online class in wire wrapping at the Bead Man.

I double checked the above links and only one leads to an actual page. I’m sure, however, that a search on Google will bring up a bunch of stuff about how to wrap crystals.
