Simple Dumplings – Gypsy Style
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
- Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt
- Beat in the eggs and enough milk to make a stiff batter
- Drop in small spoonfuls into boiling stew
- Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes.
