Simple Dumplings – Gypsy Style

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

  • Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt
  • Beat in the eggs and enough milk to make a stiff batter
  • Drop in small spoonfuls into boiling stew
  • Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes.
