Accelerated Learning
Headphones are required for this particular brainwave study aid. It will help you to retain information during study, accelerate learning, and help with study focus. The sound is very subtle, but worth a try.
This binaural/monaural study aid features many different frequencies between 4 & 14 Hz. It begins at 4Hz and rises slowly, ending with a 14hz beta tone at around the 50 min mark. The pitch remains constant throughout. Adjust the volume accordingly and feel free to mix with music, though it is advised to spend some time adjusting to the tone by itself first.

Japanese Method to Relax In 5 Minutes
There are many ways to cope with stress. Regular exercise, connecting with others, yoga, and massages are a few. However, there’s also a Japanese self-relaxation technique that can be done anywhere in 5 minutes. To give a quick background, each of the fingers in our hand represents a different kind of emotion or feeling.
- The Thumb helps fend off emotions like worry and anxiety.
- The Index finger helps you fight your fears.
- The Middle finger helps control feelings of rage and bitterness.
- The Ring finger aids in fighting melancholy and depression.
- The Pinky helps relieve stress and boosts your optimism and self-esteem.
Here are the steps!
Your goal is to balance all the opposing energy forces in your body. Start this by taking one finger at a time, grasping it with the opposite hand and wrapping every finger around it.
Hold each finger for one to two fingers. Wait until you feel the pulse. This is when you know it’s working.
To aid in relaxation, apply slight pressure to the center of your palm with your opposite thumb and hold for at least one minute.
If you practice this technique every day, your spirit becomes balanced, enabling you to deal with stress much more effectively.

Super Self Confidence Hypnosis
This self confidence hypnosis session combines brainwave entrainment audio and is designed to boost your self esteem and rewire your brain for success.
▶ NEUROPLASTICITY
Your sense of self is not set in stone but is in fact malleable and subject to the influence of your environment. It’s interesting to note that behaviour modification has an effect on the actual physical structure of your brain, so when adopting a new mindset, your brain will over time alter itself to reflect a newly learnt habit. New habits typically take 30 days to take root depending on what you’re trying to achieve, and this may vary depending on the levels of resistance built up over time.
▶ INSTRUCTIONS
Sit or lie down comfortable and listen through headphones at a comfortable volume – set the level so you can just about hear the pulsing effect of the 4hz isochronic tone – this is the pulsing effect that you hear in the background. 4hz corresponds to a Theta state, which is very conductive to receiving and integrating positive suggestions. The object of this frequency in a rested state is to interrupt your mind’s critical faculty so that new behaviours can potentially take root and override the old ones.
Through you may find that a single listening session will have a positive short term knock on effect, it is recommended that you listen for a minimum of 30 days for maximum integration. And also, more importantly, take action in your day to day life to act in accordance with your new mindset.
The first 10 minutes feature a powerful relaxation induction, which will induce a deep hypnotic state. The actual programming takes place in the second half of the audio.
Enjoy and don’t forget to share!

Focus and Creativity
This audio, which can be used during work, study or meditation uses alternating sequences of Beta, Alpha and Theta waves to encourage fluid and abstract creative thinking (Alpha & Theta), while at the same time maintaining a state of focus (Beta) for effective problem solving and high-level information processing.
Specs
For each one hour session, the frequencies cycle through three frequency bands in 5 minute increments….
Beta (12Hz) → Alpha (8-8.5hz) → Beta (13Hz) → Theta (7-7.5hz) → Beta (14hz) → Alpha (10hz) → Beta (14.5hz) → Theta (7-7.5hz) → Beta (15hz) → Alpha (10hz) → Beta (15.5hz) → Theta (7-7.5hz)
This quick interplay between beta and theta/alpha promotes a balance between concrete thought and creative abstraction. This way we can encourage and bring to light new insights, generate new & original ideas, contemplate a concept from various points of view, and problem solve holistically. The beta phases serve to not only promote focus and concentration, but to also analyse, organize and therefore make sense of the abstractions derived from the more non linear holistic mind states induced by Theta and Alpha.
In addition to using this audio during work or study, you can also use it in a rested state while meditating to assist with creative visualization.

How do I listen?
Headphones are recommended for best results. Listen at a quiet volume, or any level that you find non-intrusive. Listen during study or any task which requires focus and ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking. The addition of alpha and theta waves means that you can also use this session for creative visualization, for which is a rested state is ideal.
