  • We were recently in Ireland and bought a necklace for my daughter that supposedly was the tree symbol for November. According to the artist it was the Birch. My daughter was born on November 3rd. I also have a daughter we bought a necklace for born on November 19th. Was he incorrect? Long way to go to return a necklace with the wrong symbol!

    • Tree symbols and the days of the months associated with them can often vary greatly from tradition to tradition… so, if you like it, and it seems to fit, I’d be happy with it. If it doesn’t seem to fit, a birch is a nice totem and can be thought of as simply that… and doesn’t have to be directly associated with the date of birth… does this help at all?
