Our Protocols To Ensure Safety

Important Update:

Now that the Covid-19 pandemic has subsided, we are no longer following the official recommendations for social distancing. Our lobby is once again open. Your safety and the health and well being of your pet and our employees is important to us. These are the protocols we are currently following:

• The lobby is quite small, please be aware that some dogs require a bit of distance from other dogs.
• If you have health considerations, and curbside works best your you and your pet, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, give us a call and we will come out to your car.
• For safety, we request that your dog be wearing a leash along with a collar that is tight enough that your dog won’t accidentally slip out of it.
• If you are running late for your appointment to pick up or deliver your dog, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
• The door to the grooming area is closed for a reason. Please ring the bell to alert us that you are here, we will be with you as soon as possible.
• Please be patient. We are doing our best.
